Needless to say, my last run before the half marathon was on a treadmill today. By the way, my back is still red from the sunburn on Sunday when it was sunny and 86. I'd like that back please.
We've had the equivalent of 2 inches of rain in about 36 hours. That's more than we typically get during the entire month of May.

OMGoodness, that is SNOW! You could be back in Michigan where we have had two of those unexpected snowfalls, with no benefit of warm weather even for a few days.
ReplyDeleteMaybe there was a reason for the treadmill today, softer on the knee, warmer on the muscles????? I'd take it as a positive sign.
We have had 3 days for warm weather and tomorrow they are calling for "unusually unseasonable" cold weather! Lord, this really is Michigan.
